Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026

Aria Technology Group (“Aria,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website (ariawave.tech), why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, contact us at andrew@aria.net or (248) 429-1497.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you submit a contact, registration, event (Agent Nights), promotion, or project-intake form, we collect the details you enter, typically your name, work email, company, role or goal, and phone number. Where a form offers SMS updates, we collect your opt-in consent separately and only send texts you explicitly agreed to.

Voice interactions. Our site includes an AI voice assistant powered by ElevenLabs. If you choose to use it, your microphone input is processed by ElevenLabs to generate a response. The microphone is only active when you start the voice feature yourself.

Information collected automatically. Like most business sites, we use analytics and tracking tools:

2. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with the service providers that operate this site and our business systems, under their own privacy commitments:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), with notice where the law requires it.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies for the site to function, analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Vercel), and HubSpot tracking cookies for CRM attribution and lead activity. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features and measurement may be limited. Where required, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of tracking.

5. Data retention

We keep form submissions and CRM records for as long as they remain useful for the relationship they started (typically the life of an engagement plus a reasonable period for follow-up) then delete or de-identify them. Analytics data is retained per the settings of each provider.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email andrew@aria.net from the address you used with us. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by your state’s law.

7. Security

We transmit data over HTTPS, restrict internal access to systems that contain personal information, and use reputable, security-vetted providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we treat your data with the same care we apply to our own business systems.

8. Children

This site is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, and we will delete any such information if we learn we have received it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. For material changes, we will also post a notice on the site. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
